But even the greatest of storytellers wouldn't have scripted it any better. Even luck was on Sri Lanka’s side that day. Perera continued his conquest and got Sri Lanka home 3 overs later.<br/>He played a match-winning knock of 153*, guiding Sri Lanka to a historic one-wicket victory their 2nd ever in test cricket. Their first one-run victory was also against South Africa at Colombo in 2006.<br/><br/>Kusal Perera's innings will be remembered as one of the greatest displays of skill and determination in the history of cricket.")
