Pixar lays off 14% of employees and announces cutback on Disney+ material. The cuts come in an effort to return the company to its pre-pandemic production success with a focus on quality over quantity. The actor was pictured with This Is Us co-stars Niles Fitch and Hannah Zeile at Fitch's graduation from the University of Southern California.
