A Louisville police officer violated department policy by failing to turn on his body camera during an incident where golf star Scottie Scheffler was arrested near the PGA Championship. Scheffler was arrested and charged with assaulting an officer and other offenses after he allegedly drove past a police roadblock and injured an officer with his vehicle.
